Our team of soft skill, computer and technical facilitators have been especially selected. These resources are not only subject experts in their chosen field but are also customer focused with vast business experience and knowledge.
All facilitators work closely with our business account managers to ensure they address business related requirements on an ongoing basis.

The facilitator team are continuously evaluated by means of a Quality Management system ensuring that the highest level of service delivery internally and externally is maintained at all times.

The role of the facilitator is as follows:
  • They contribute structure and process to interactions so groups are able to function effectively and make high-quality decisions;
  • Keeping the group on track to achieve its goals in the time allocated;
  • Ensuring that group and individual objectives or deliverables are met;
  • Guiding the group through processes designed to help them listen to each other and create solutions together;
  • Applying the learning and group exercises to individual learning styles;
  • Asking open-ended questions that stimulate thinking;
  • Offering opportunities for less forceful members to come forward with contributions;
  • Evaluating the performance of the intervention to assist in continuous improvement;
  • Adapt all learning examples to cater for particular learning styles.
