Business Excellence-Module 2-Critical Thinking (3 days)

This is module 2 of our 3-module short skills programme, accredited with Services SETA. This session is dedicated to enhancing critical thinking skills. Participants will learn to analyse complex information, identify assumptions, evaluate evidence, and recognise logical fallacies. Systematic approaches to problem-solving will be provided, encouraging creative solutions and informed decision-making based on evidence and reasoning. Participants will improve their ability to construct and evaluate arguments, identifying strengths and weaknesses in reasoning and evidence. Decision-making skills will be honed by critically weighing alternatives and considering potential consequences. The session will also foster meta-cognitive awareness, helping participants understand their thinking processes, recognise biases and assumptions, and adopt strategies for continuous self-reflection and improvement.
