In this course, we will identify common communication problems that may be holding you back, develop skills in asking questions that give you information you need, learn what your non-verbal messages are telling others, develop skills in listening actively and empathetically to others, enhance your ability to handle difficult situations and how to deal with situations assertively.

We all experience conflict either in the workplace or in our personal lives, how we resolve this conflict is the pivotal issue. At times we lose sight of the fact that all this conflict is normal, we disagree with our spouses, with our friends and sometimes even quarrel with strangers. So long as people are individuals there will be the potential for conflict. That is the first thing to learn about conflict; it is not wrong or bad, it is just part of being a person in contact with other people.
You cannot prevent conflict, so the most important thing to learn is how to resolve or handle it in productive ways. In many industries, the amount of time spent on conflict resolution is surprisingly high and is counterproductive in any situation.
Critical to resolving conflict is firstly to understand your and other personality types and how and why they react as they do in conflict situations. Once this has been achieved a mutual understanding of and trust in goals needs to be developed. This requires openness, discipline, and creativity. Showing respect for others and not apportioning blame enables people to work for mutual benefit.

This Intermediate Microsoft Excel 2016 training class is meant for students who want to advance their skill set by learning to work with advanced formulas & financial formulas, VLOOKUP & HLOOKUP, Lists, Charts, Tables, Templates, and Illustrations.
