Blazing Moon offers you a 4-hour online intensive course at a discounted rate, via 2 x 2-hour sessions from 09h00-11h00 each day. This is led by one of our expert soft skills facilitators.
Specifically you will learn:
- To identify situations that will trigger anger.
- Understand the concept of anger and using the tools to manage anger.
- How anger affects our bodies and our minds.
- How to manage your own anger.
- Learn how to express your feelings appropriately.
- How to keep calm when faced with outbursts from others.
We offer you with an individual coaching session
with the facilitator to discuss how you can apply the principles learned to your everyday interactions with others.
