New Business Secured

  • Blazing Moon has developed and is rolling out Advanced Business Communication Skills for MNET staff and managers that covers Advanced Oral Communciation Skills, Advanced Written Communication Skills and Advanced Presentation Skills.
  • Blazing Moon has been appointed as a preferred vendor of training for IDC.
  • Blazing is now servicing Builders Warehouse.
  • Blazing Moon has secured Cell C as a client. We are delighted to be servicing this new customer with our IT and Soft Skills interventions.
  • Blazing Moon has been appointed as an approved vendor with IDC for our IT and Soft Skills interventions.
  • Blazing Moon has secured Macsauto as a client and delighted to be servicing this new customer on various interventions.
  • Blazing Moon has been awarded a prestigious contract with Absa Bank Ltd. We have been selected to service selected Soft Skills courses for the bank for their personnel country-wide.
  • Blazing Moon has secured training mandates with Deloitte and Touche, and Webber Wentzel for our Microsoft Office 2010 courses.
  • Blazing Moon has serviced many of its clients since exception in 1998 and continue to do so in their fulfilment of their training needs by providing flexible training solutions.
  • In the instance of Nedbank Ltd. our managing director has serviced this customer since 1991 and Blazing Moon continues to service this client in many business clusters.
  • Blazing Moon has rolled out training for Rennies Travel for our unique customised offering of Telephone Etiquette and Customer Service, and From Service to Sales for all their consultants throughout South Africa. In addition we have trained 1st and 2nd line managers within this client on our own intervention entitled Strategic Skills for the Dynamic Manager.
  • Blazing Moon has rolled out Call Centre service training and Excel 2010 for Mweb. In addition Blazing Moon has been awarded a prestigious contract with Commercezone which services all companies within this group of companies.
  • Blazing Moon has done extensive work with BASF in the fulfilment of customised interventions on Time Management with Lotus Notes, Excel 2010, Computer Literacy, Dynamic Interview Skills for BASF 2nd and 3rd line managers.
  • Blazing Moon has been awarded training mandates at Afrox Pty Ltd for various Microsoft Office 2010 training courses.
  • Blazing Moon has successfully secured training within FNB CBS, Commercial and Business Banking divisions for various interventions in 2013 in IT Courses, Business Writing Skills, Problem Solving and Decision Making, Presentation Skills, and Project Management.
  • We continue to service Abraham Kriel in the fulfillment of their training needs from 2011.
  • From 2013 - 2017 we have secured substantial training contracts with FNB, E-Toll and MNET to service these clients in Business Communication both oral and written, Service Excellence, EQ and EQ Leadership, Assertiveness, Business Writing, Problem Solving & Decision Making, Creative, Lateral & Analytical Thinking, Presentation Skills, and Tea, Leadership Skills.
  • Contact Center Operation Management. We are currently offering this Certification programme at MultiChoice.
  • Contact Center - Team Leaders. Launched in March, 2015, we will be offering this certification programme to various corporate clients that will run over 13.5 days, completing in November, 2015.
  • Contact Center - Outbound. For FNB.
  • Telephone Etqiuette and Customer Service. For FNB.
  • Contact Center - Inbound and Outbound Training. For Cell C.
  • Excel 2013 training at City Property Administration..
  • Various MS Office IT courses at CSIR.
  • Project Management and MS Project at MNET.
